Workers' Health & Safety Representative (WHSR):

Workers' Health and Safety Representative means a person, elected, chosen or designated, as prescribed in regulations, to represent workers on all matters relating to the promotion and protection of their occupational health or safety.

  1. Be aware of the role of the Authority.
  2. Be familiar with the OHS Legislation.
  3. Understand the role of the Health & Safety Representative.
  4. Understand the Duties of Employees.
  5. Be aware of the duties of the Employer.
  6. Be able to assist the risk assessor identify the hazards and risks present within the work environment.

Course duration: 12 hours.
