Free Award in Standard Mental Health First Aid (at the Workplace)

This course teaches participants how to recognise when someone at work may be struggling with their mental health and how to offer initial support. It is an internationally recognised, evidence‑based programme designed specifically for workplaces. Participants learn how to help a colleague until professional support is available.

Targeted at First-Line Managers, Floor Supervisors, HR Managers.

Course Duration: 12 hours split over two 6 hours sessions.

Free Prevention of Psychosocial Risks (PSR) at Work

This course helps employers and managers understand and prevent psychosocial risks at work. These are work‑related factors that can affect mental health, such as high workload, unclear roles, bullying, or poor communication. The course supports compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act, 2024, which covers both physical and psychological wellbeing.

Targeted at Senior Management, supervisors from varying levels, HR Managers, Administrators, Policy Managers, Health and Safety Practitioners
